Joining the Periodical Poetry Index

We welcome volunteers interested in contributing to the Periodical Poetry Index by indexing the poems in a specific periodical over a short five- to ten-year span. We have currently indexed Blackwood’s Edinburgh Magazine (1824-1900), Cornhill Magazine (1860-1900), and Macmillan’s Magazine (1859-1900) from the list of periodicals included in the Wellesley Index. Other periodicals from that list will need to be indexed. While the core of our project currently is focused on the poems left out of the Wellesley Index, we welcome suggestions for other titles volunteers may want to index.
